Ann Goff

Ann Goff joined the Board Office in 2017 with a dual appointment as the Transparency Officer for the University of Iowa and the Director of Legislative Operations for the Board Office. In April 2023, she became the Director of Legislative Operations and Information Systems at the Board Office.

Ann oversees technological projects for the Board and manages operations related to statutory reporting, legislative review, and requests for information from various state agencies. Additionally, Ann is responsible for managing transparency initiatives across the Regents system, ensuring prompt and accurate processing of public records requests.

She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Engineering and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Iowa.
